If you wish to delete your TrialMe account and associated personal data, please follow these steps:

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@trialme.eu

2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

3. Include the email address associated with your TrialMe account

What happens next

We will process your request within one month of receipt, in accordance with GDPR (extendable by up to two further months for complex requests, in which case we will notify you).

What data is deleted

The following data will be permanently deleted:

- Your personal profile (name, date of birth, contact information)

- Health and medical information you provided

- Location and preference data

- Trial application history

What data may be retained

We may retain limited data where required by law, such as:

- Records necessary for legal, regulatory, or audit purposes

- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you

This retained data will not be used to identify you and will be kept only as long as legally required.
